Maintenance Worker I
The Maintenance Staff contributes to the availability and quality of Public Housing by performing extensive repair,
maintenance and reconditioning of Public Housing units.
 
Perry Stevenson, Facilities Supervisor is in charge of all maintenance personnel, ordering supplies, contracts and dispatching all work
orders.

Geoff Mamer, Maintenance Worker II, has been with the Manhattan Housing Authority since 2010 and is an HQS certified inspector.  
Perry works primarily at the Gardens at Flint Hills and FHI Improvements, Inc. tax credit communities.

Marvin Rhodeman, Maintenance Worker I, has been with the Manhattan Housing Authority since 2005.  Marvin works primarily in the
area of unit turnover.
