MHA 2024 Tree Trimming

Manhattan Housing Authority.

300 N 5^th St Manhattan, KS 66502

Our goal is to make sure we remove all low limbs hanging roofs, rubbing structures and any dead limbs or trees. Below listed are the properties and nearest location of trees needing trimmed. Any trees removed we also request to have stumps ground down. We have pictures by request. We ask that all bids have an itemized price per property.

Baehr Place

1320 Baehr Pl	Small pines out front and larger trees on the side and rear of unit
1300	Pines to the side of unit
Backyard rear right of playground	Large tree limb up almost touching ground
right of basketball court	Remove and trim dead limbs
In front and above storm shelter	Limb up and remove dead and hanging limbs
